This past wednesday , june 20th our dear school was the headquarter of the third spelling bee contest which had many participant schools, such as: escuela bruno zavala, colegio cervantino, liceo polivalente el palomar, liceo sagrado corazón, liceo politécnico belén, colegio adventista, liceo josé antonio carvajal and buen pastor school.
We counted on a very pretigious jury, miss gisella naranjo, miss rossana gómez and mister kenton dunbar, all of them professors from the language department of atacama university. Our students obtained a distinguished participation in this contest, three of them won the first place and one of them obtained the second place. We feel proud of them because of their talent and effort. Congrats alan vidal, brandon martínez, octavio carrasco and matilde cano.
